Rudolf Raevskiy

Seven years of commercial work, as both a software engineer and an ML engineer. All of it applied: a lot of it greenfield, a lot of it inside products that were already large.

Small teams and larger ones. On several projects I led the team and the work, not only the code. If a process can be automated properly, I automate it.

Worked as a researcher at Datalab, CTU in Prague, on computer vision and deep learning, alongside my main job at the time. We won Weather4cast at NeurIPS in 2022, and in 2023 we were finalists in the Czech AI Awards, “AI in research and development”.

Projects of my own, built in the free time around the job. They worked, and they put me on the other side of decisions I would otherwise only have advised on.

AI is a hobby as much as a job. I follow what comes out and try things for myself, not only for work. It keeps me in shape.

Leading an engineering team building B2B AI products. Among them an agent harness, and a smart LLM router that sends each request to the model that fits it. I run the team end to end: backend, frontend, ML and QA.
